New equipment changes warranty language, spare strategy, and training — not the
need for a plan.

• Warranty and lifecycle. Extended warranty pathways exist when
  USP&E supplied the assets, engineered the plant, executed EPC, and holds O&M.
  If you bought elsewhere, we can still operate — but we will say so, and we will
  write the interface to the OEM honestly.
• First-interval discipline. New recip halls and new turbine
  packages have early-hour inspection points that African duty (heat, dust, fuel
  quality, cycling) can pull forward. We write those points into UpKeep, not into
  a forgotten PDF.
• Training while the paint is still clean. Local technicians learn
  faster on a plant that has not yet been “adapted” by undocumented shortcuts.
• Monitoring from day one. SmartPower data pathways belong in

New Reciprocating Halls Need the Same Extreme Ownership

Not every African project is a turbine project. New multi-engine diesel and HFO
halls — mining, utility, industrial — still fail from fuel treatment neglect, cooling
neglect, and night-shift improvisation. The four-hub network treats a new 18V-class

How Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bamako, and Cairo cover a new plant

A new hall in the Free State or on the Copperbelt still needs a named hub. Johannesburg
