Brian Rice, Onsite Diesel Generator Technician
Coming from Aggreko where he serviced, maintained and started up Power Plants in N. America and Europe, Brian Rice started with US Power & Environment in 2004. Prior to his service as a lead diesel generator tech for Aggreko, Brian traveled the world serving with distinction in the US Navy on nuclear submarines.
While employed by the US Navy, Brian was responsible for the supervision and training of five other nuclear- trained mechanics in operation and maintenance of power plant systems and support components during startup, shut down, normal operations, and testing of systems. Oversaw over 700 planned and corrective maintenance actions of propulsion plant associated systems during both overhaul and operational conditions. Collateral duties included serving as Mechanical Preventive Maintenance Coordinator, Quality Assurance Inspector, and Work Center Supervisor.
Brian has also worked for Caterpillar Power Generation at their repair facilities in the US. Certified by Cat Power, Brian is very confident working on power generation equipment of all makes & models and enjoys performing preventative maintenance as well.
Brian is a hard working and detail oriented key member of our team. Brian enjoys the travel, working alongside people from different cultures and the satisfaction of a job well done. Brian has three children and lives in Minneapolis, MN.
