After attending Northwest University in Evanston, IL, Will worked for Northern Trust Global Investments in institutional portfolio management and then Baldor Generators before founding US Power & Environment. Will believes in working hard and clear, direct communication. His customers know that his "yes" is his "yes" and that he gives them his very best, every day.

Due to an incredible staff of what Will calls "the heart and soul of our organization", US Power has continued to build its business base on repeat customers who want the best equipment at the best prices from people just like them - honest, hard working, easy to talk to, flexible and creative. So it is no surprise that over the past 5 years US Power & Environment has experienced tremendous momentum in world-wide new business development in our new and used diesel generator sales and new service management divisions. Today, US Power's client list reads like a who's who of the Russell 2000. US Power & Environment and its divisions now have operations in Dallas, Texas and Minneapolis, Minnesota and do business in over 140 countries world-wide.

As CEO of US Power & Environment, Will is recognized by his peers and competitors as an honest, dedicated, passionate business owner. In addition to the job he loves, Will enjoys playing with his kids, reading, travel, playing hockey with his team in MN (called "The Rinkrats") and being involved in his community and church in Frisco, TX.
